The IOSERV Division

IONEX understands that once our air handling units are put into use there will be a need to perform maintenance, testing, repairs, and parts replacement of them. To meet these needs of our customers we have created the IOSERV Division. The IOSERV Division can provide any spare parts or field service needed to maintain the ongoing use of our units.

FIELD SERVICE:
The IOSERV Division has a team of field supervisors, welders and technicians available to go to any site to service our units. They are capable of performing filter changeout, testing such as leak efficiency and pressure decay, and troubleshoot any problems that you are experiencing. Our Field Service team personnel perform these same duties while working in our IONEX facility, and have been highly trained in order to handle the flexibility needed when working in the field. SPARE PARTS:
The IOSERV Division can provide our customers with any needed spare parts.  We have assembled a list of spare parts that may be required for our units, and that list can be viewed and searched by signing it at the right.  While browsing the catalog there will be an option to request further information or pricing on a part.  We can also provide any other parts that may be needed but may not be on the list.  If you are looking for an item that you don't see in the catalog, or if you would like a username and password for the catalog, please contact us by emailing sales@ionexres.com.
